• This confirmation is completed through a required consent checkbox within the app, and messages cannot be sent unless this step is completedMessaging Terms
• Petal sends only one-time SMS messages initiated by users
• Petal does not operate any subscription, alert, or recurring messaging program
• Messages are sent individually and are not part of any subscription, alert system, recurring, or ongoing messaging program
• Petal does not operate any shared short code, subscription service, or automated messaging programOpt-Out
• Recipients may reply STOP to opt out of receiving messagesUser Responsibility
• You are responsible for the content of the messages you send
